GetGoing is a lead generation platform that connects automotive dealerships in Canada with potential car loan customers. GetGoing does not provide auto loans directly but facilitates the sale of auto loans to interested dealerships.

3. Eligibility

To use GetGoing’s services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of GetGoing, you agree to:

  • Use the website and services lawfully and responsibly.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when requested.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information, and be responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
  • Not use GetGoing for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

5. Marketing Communications

By opting in to marketing communications from GetGoing, you agree to receive periodic messages from us that may include:

  • Promotional Offers – Special financing promotions, limited-time deals, and exclusive savings opportunities tailored to your vehicle needs.

  • Helpful Reminders – Updates on application status, follow-up prompts, and reminders to complete your financing process.

  • Vehicle Recommendations – Curated vehicle suggestions based on your preferences, location, or previous inquiries.

  • Customer Stories & Social Proof – Real customer experiences, success stories, and updates to help build trust and community.

  • Seasonal Campaigns – Messages related to holiday specials, new-year deals, or other seasonal opportunities.

  • Surveys & Feedback Requests – Occasional messages to help us improve your experience through feedback.

  • These messages may be delivered via SMS, email, MMS, or other communication methods you consent to.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Lead Purchases and Payments

  • GetGoing provides dealerships with access to car financing leads. By purchasing leads, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the pricing section or contract provided to you.
  • Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
  • All sales of leads are final. GetGoing does not guarantee conversions or financing approvals from the leads provided.

6. Privacy

Your use of GetGoing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on GetGoing (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to GetGoing and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content on the site without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

GetGoing reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetGoing provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the quality of leads provided. GetGoing does not guarantee that leads will result in completed auto loan transactions or conversions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetGoing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the platform or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of GetGoing after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
